A rich, fudgy chocolate brownie topped with a thick layer of soft, buttery caramel and finished with a smooth chocolate top. Each bite gives you a dense, gooey base, silky caramel in the middle, and chocolate on top. I make each one by hand and bake them fresh in small batches.
