Shipping policy

Every dough is slow-fermented for 20+ hours, so it's made one day and ready the next: dough made Monday is ready Tuesday (collection & shipping); dough made Wednesday is ready Thursday (collection only). Please order by the day before dough is made to be included in that bake.

Collection is free from our Wakefield location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You'll receive collection details after ordering.

We ship UK-wide once a week. Orders are dispatched every Tuesday via Royal Mail Tracked 24, at a flat rate of £7.99. To be included in that week's shipment, orders need to be placed by the Monday cut-off.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery after dispatch but this isn't guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or where postal disruption is out of our control. You'll receive tracking information once dispatched.

If your order hasn't arrived within a few working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@butterd.co.uk with your order number.
